About this mod
This is a simple fix so that Argonians that AREN\'T vampires can successfully proc Disarming bash and disarm people. For whatever reason the argonian race doesn\'t have the parameter set correctly to allow them to successfuly have a chance to disarm when using disarming bash, however if you are an argonian vampire, than the parameter is correct lol

I added this file because i noticed the original person taht added the mod to do this removed his file or whateve, so the only other way to get this mod is to download another mod that also does alot of other changes. this just simply does the one thing.
