Flags all vanilla 1H swords as \"silent\" for better backstabbing.

I made this mod for myself, uploaded it in case anyone else wants is but is too lazy to use the CK.
Simply changes all flags on (vanilla) 1H swords from "Normal" to "Silent" in terms of enemy detection when you swing them.
Makes 1H swords now a viable alternative for sneaking characters who just prefer the style of 1H over daggers.
Since it overrides other mods that change vanilla 1H swords, if you want to merge another one or do it yourself, simply open the CK and find your weapons of choice, open the properties -> "Art and Sound" -> "Detection Sound Level" and change it to "silent".

Can't believe I'm updating this, but 1.1 now contains all 1H vanilla swords (I missed some unique blades the first time around).
If you find one missing, do it yourself.
