Just changes a few things with the paralysis spell.
Cast time: 10s
Effect Duration: 2s
Keep in mind that the specific NPC has to stand up again which gives you another 2 seconds of time to hit him. Just trying to keep the game hard and balanced.
Mass Paralysis has been changed also
