Thanks to Alisu's reply,

Actually, We can fine "bShowCompass=0 " this line in the [Interface] section of SkyrimPrefs.ini, turn it to 0 or download this file and place it is only need to do, I did an extra work yet, but so thanks to Alisu's suggestion.

I fallowed Orava's modding guide to make this mod for all that only wanna take screenshot while there is no enemy around, then one more thing I'm so sure that we also need the "eye" so much to know about our sneaking status, so I just extract the hudmenu file and remove the compass only.

More choice, e.g: Text Only and Crosshair only,
