This mod adds a quaint cottage located east of Markath.
It features:
Stunning views of the river and waterfall.
Access only by water.
All safe storage.
Navmesh for everyone!
A fully working kitchen.
An alchemy area with storage for all your ingredients.
Relaxing built-up pool with fountain.
Small crafting stations outside on deck.
Various clutter for a 'lived-in' feeling while still allowing additional clutter to be added.

Skyrim.esp
[Installation]
Extract files into safe place, place the .esp in the DATA folder, and the meshes and textures in the mesh and texture folders, respectively.
[Uninstallation]
Remove all files and delete .esp.
