-Coldenia-

An abandoned house which is more or less in good conditions only because the owners
suddenly dissapared recently, not knowning their whereabouts it has been decided to put
the house for sale knowing an already discretely decorated and semi-clean house
surrounded with a veil of mistery would surely attract a costumer.
Perhaps you'll find more clues about the previous owners inside your new home.

Compatibility
Winterhold Restoration :
Load it AFTER missing houses, It will simply "overwrite" my player house and will be compatible.

This mod is NOT compatible with:
  • Mods that add player houses in the same spot as mine [If they're in the same city but in different spots then it IS compatible].
  • Mods that alter/rebuild cities in which the player houses are located in [They would still work but could be misplaced]
  • Mods that edit the House Purchase script and favor scripts.

If you have any other compatibility problem and you're sure it's because of my mod, please leave a comment, thanks!

FAQ
  • Where's the key to home X?
You'll have to purchase it just as you would purchase any other vanilla house in game, being thane of the city may or may be not a requirement (depends from the house you wish to buy).
  • I bought a house but it's all empty, dark and full of cobwebs!
You'll have to purchase decorations from the same person you bought the house from
(it does not guarantee it'll make the house any less ugly, but you can always check the screenshots to see if you'll like it before purchasing anything).
  • The person I bought the house from won't give me the decorate/upgrade options!
You have to make sure to be inside the jarl's longhouse to access the decorate and upgrade options. Some stewards such as Malur Seloth stay outside often, so you'll have to wait them to go back inside Jarl's longhouse to purchase any decoration or upgrade.
  • The steward is inside Jarl's longhouse but I can't buy the house or any decoration/upgrade anyway!
Some people have reported this problem, sometimes just with a particular character, other times it won't work with any character, I'm still trying to figure out and solve this problem.
  • What's the difference between decoration and upgrade?
Decorations add new items to a previous empty area (and often clean that area from cobwebs and dirt in the process) while upgrades add new whole areas by expanding the house outside and of course inside which will unlock new decorations (Some are pre-decorated though), while all houses can be decored not all houses can be upgraded.
  • Are items stored in the house safe?
    Yes, they are.
You'll have to purchase the house from the city's steward to get your home in player's faction though.

Known bugs
  • Trinsmardia's door to balcony graphical error (but it works)
  • Houses can be purchased even if you're not thane
  • Quests don't complete after you visit your new home
  • Trinsmardia Graphical bug on main entrance

If you find any other bug please tell me with a comment, thanks!
