When I read the description for the Imperial race, it read " they have proved to be shrewd diplomats and traders". I was suprised when I found out they had no Speech bonuses. Talk about false advertising. So, I made this mod. All this mod does is change the skill bonuses for Imperials. No other race is changed. Imperial Luck and Voice of the Emperor are unchanged. Speech +10 Illusion +5 Restoration +5 One Handed +5 Block +5 Heavy Armor +5
