this mod adds a small cabin south of Riverwood close to where you exit the cave from Helgen. It is shown on your map. The features include:
Forging area outside
woodcutters block
archery target
hidden armory in the basement
trophy room
cooking pot
safe storage
and all your other basic needs
To install just download the file and unzip it into your Skyrim Data folder.
