Complete overhaul of the Rueful Axe with extremely useful enchantment!!!

Makes the Rueful Axe more powerful, faster, improvable and gives it a unique enchantment, that levels with you!
I've thought a lot about the fact that if you find a leveling weapon too early, it' complete rubbish 5 levels later.
So this weapon has the ability to 'learn' new enchantments.
For every 'Barbarian' perk you choose, the weapon lerns an additional power, making it useful as you level up.
It's now a worthy reward considering what you have to do to get it...
Please tell me if it feels overpowered to you. I'm thinking of reducing the enchant effect only to animals, since it has the cool wolf design and demands animal sacrifice...
No Problems or bugs until now. Please report if you find one. If you like the idea of 'learning weapons' and have ideas for different enchantments, please contact me.
