this mod is an overhauld to every perk that have more than 1 rank. With this mod, every perk will gain they\'re maximum capability at Rank 1, So you don\'t need to use like 5 perk points to get like for exemple 100% more damage with X Weapon.

this mod doesn't change the balance of combat REPEAT: THIS MOD DOESN'T CHANGE THE BALANCE OF COMBAT. Why? Because other NPC that use Perk to upgrade attack power and/or defense will have the double bonus in the beginning like you. It may even be more challenging when you hit level 83 because there will be a lot of more NPC using the maximum perk instead of 4-5 boss. This mod is an overhaul to every perk that have more than 1 rank. With this mod, every perk will gain they're maximum capability at Rank 1, So you don't need to use like 5 perk points to get like for example 100% more damage with X Weapon. Now only 1 point will be needer for this. I don't consider this mod as a cheat because every bot that have The rank "ArsMan00-80" will have 100% more attack So it may be even more Challenging.
