That's my first mod so it might be buggy!
What does this do?
this mod reduces the shouts reloading time to get a better gameplay experience using them.
How much reduced?
it depends, some about 70%-50% while others less than 20%
here's the list of the modifications:
animal alligance 25 30 40
aura whisper 15 20 35
become ethereal 15 20 35
call dragon 5 5 159
call of valor 50 50 50
clear sky 2 5 9
disarm 15 20 25
dismay 20 30 35
dragonrend 5 9 12
elemental fury 15 20 30
fire/frost breath 10 25 40
ice form 20 35 50
kynes peace 20 30 35
marked for death 10 20 30
slowtime 15 30 40
storm call 150 300 400
throw voice +not modifited+
unrelenting force 7 12 20
whirlwind sprint 5 10 25

drop the esp in the data folder, than activate it with NMM or ceck it in the data files
