Removes random chatter and dialogue from NPC's telling you to get away, be careful with that magic, etc, whenever you have summons or other constant effect spells active.
The second file removes the same, only in regards to flaming weapons and junk and stuff. So yeah. Used them together, didn't notice any conflicts or anything.
Install like any normal ESP.
