A weapon based on the new phrase 'Playter' coined during a Darkfox127 Livestream after an innocent typo which means 'To Bludgeon someone with a Plate'

A Mod based on the phrase used by Darkfox127
During a recent Darkfox127 Stream of Skyrim Creation Kit,
Darkfox made a simple typo, changing 'Player' to 'Playter'
which the chat quickly gave the defenition 'To hit someone with a plate'
So I got round to making a mod which would do just that.
After lots of time trying to change the misc item of a Silver Plate into
a weapon, progress was finally made, allowing the Dragonborn (or The Player)
to wield the Deadly Plate of Darkness, which can be found behind Gilfre's House
at Mixwater Mill (Where the joke started)
The plate does 127 Damage and is worth 127 Gold ( ;D )
(I know it may be seen as Overpowered or Game Breaking
but this weapon was made as a joke and shouldn't really
be used for an actual playthrough, unless you want to)
