Adds a standalone set of Nazir's clothes with the stats of Elven armor.

Had a friend who wanted a mod adding Nazir's clothes with armor value to the game for him to use on his pirate character.
Not fit for female characters, since Nazir's armor is made to fit male character models only. (If used on female characters, you can look through your arm when you swing your weapon and your hair will mostlikely glitch through the head wrap)
It has the exact same stats as Elven Armor (Value, weight, armor rating, etc.) and gives matching set bonus.
It consist of Nazir's Hood, Nazir's Clothes, Fine Boots and Mage's Gloves (USKP).
It can only be obtained by creating it at a forge using leather, leather strips, steel and quicksilver. (Elven smithing perk needed)
It can be upgraded at a workbench using quicksilver.

> buffed Pirate Armor from 29 base to 35 base, and value from 225 to 550 making the piece equal to Gilded Elven armor.
Found out Gilded Elven armor works with the rest of the elven set if you have the matching set bonus after version 1.9 of Skyrim.
