The coat can be crafted at the tanning rack for 5 leather and 3 leather strips.
It is available for both men and women.
The Coat uses slot 45.
I recommend using this with Frostfall, Campfire, Wearable Lanterns, and Bandolier - Bags and Pouches.

The coat is probably going to clip with a lot of bulky armors, but it fits pretty good with most of the apparel I tried.
The arms of the coat don't appear in first person.
