As with the original Swamp Dragon texture, the new HD Swamp Dragon texture shipped with a bug in the alpha channel that makes the skin membranes not show up properly in game. I just fixed this, so that the Swamp Dragon looks like it should.
Nothing else is changed.
INSTRUCTIONS:
To use your own textures along with the new High-Res pack, do the following:
Step 1) - Disable the two ESPs, HighResTexturePack01.esp and HighResTexturePack02.esp
Easiest way to do this is through Skyrims vanilla launcher, under the "Data Files" section. Uncheck each box.
Step 2) - Add the 2 new entries bolded below to your Skyrim.ini file inside your "My Documents" folder, in the order you see below.
[Archive]
sResourceArchiveList=Skyrim - Misc.bsa, Skyrim - Shaders.bsa, Skyrim - Textures.bsa, HighResTexturePack01.bsa, HighResTexturePack02.bsa, Skyrim - Interface.bsa, Skyrim - Animations.bsa, Skyrim - Meshes.bsa, Skyrim - Sounds.bsa
sResourceArchiveList2=Skyrim - Voices.bsa, Skyrim - VoicesExtra.bsa
Again, the .ini file you need to edit is in your /documents/my games/skyrim folder.. Not your Skyrim installation directory.
Step 3) Extract the texture to your skyrim\data\textures\actors\dragon folder.
This is just a fix of a file that Bethesda created, so I don't need any credit for you to use it, just make sure you use it according to their guidelines.
Have fun!
