Hi, i'm holfy and i'm new in the modder community this is my first house so I'm all ears for some tips and changes for further updates.

This house have large space and of good feature for all players types
This house contain an alchemy And custom enchanting workbench as well as custom containers for all your stuff
You need Dawnguard, Dragonborn and Heartfire DLC's for use the house
The house are compatible with all mods
The house are compatible with all mods
Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch are recommended
It's higly recommended to use loot for better load order if you use other mods
