A Slow Time Ring, wich makes you able to see arrows as if they were snails.

News :
- Added a true Time stop ring.
- Added some versions, in french and whitout visual effect.
Soon :
- Add a sound of activation which I deleted by mistake ^^"
- Some items with time's power, stay tuned ! :)
- Trying to rebalance some time's items to be fair and fun, whitout breaking the game.
All is in the title, I'm french so sorry for my English.
I made a ring wich slowing time better than voice.
The ring is craftable to forge, with QuickSilver.
Enjoy ;)
Installation :
Put the .esp file into the Data folder of Skyrim :)
