A simple mod that adds a player home to the Ragged Flaggon.

This mod adds a player home to The Ragged Flaggon with plenty of storage, some mannequins, and quite a few weapon racks. It moves the Ratway Vaults and also adds a trap door to the basement of the Bee and Barb Inn. I made this mod for myself and didn't exactly "take my time" with it so there will be issues.

-Multiple weapon racks & mannequins
-Expanded storage room / followers quarters and converted to Smithing station.
-Added Enchanting table & Alchemy lab under stairs.
-Expanded interior for new followers quarters.

-Added room extension; moved Alchemy lab & Enchanting Table, added Staff Enchanter
-Added bookshelves & Desk to new room
-Added banner and clutter to followers quarters.
-Added bed & night stand under stairs.
-Fixed various minor issues.

Known issues
Some weapon racks are defective.
For whatever reason the Bookshelf storage is "0" and I cannot fix this issue.
Lighting issues (Specifically located on the top floor, I haven't encountered any lighting issues below).
Some alignment issues (only with objects added to the world such as the keys and paper rolls on the desk).

- Version 1.9 (Blackout) is has removed most clutter and all interior lighting for anyone that wants to fix the issues with such things and make modifications to it.
