An underground playerhouse with most things people need. Close to Riverwood.

My first mod: feedback appreciated, might be buggy and weird.
Located on the other side of the river from Riverwood, a small camp with an entrance to the underground home. Mapmarker available ("coc SecretHideout" for the lazy)
Contains an Alchemist table, Enchanters table, 3 Mannequins, 1 Displaycase, 6 Weaponracks, 4 Weaponplaques, Smelter, Forge, Armorbench, Grindstone, Tanningrack, Cookingpot and barrels and chests that "should" be safe storage.

Bookshelf (as soon as I figure out how they work)
