About this mod

Periodically sets pleasant weather, if it wasn't so already. Or something that counts as pleasant in the climate at your location.

Permissions and credits
WHAT IT DOES

Periodically checks whether the weather at your location is classified as 'pleasant', and if not, tries to set a random weather that qualifies as pleasant in the climate at your location. Note that it doesn't force a weather override, so if some game script forces a certain type of weather for a quest or encounter or whatever, that one wins. But random weather will tend to only deviate from pleasant for brief moments.

It doesn't edit the weather files, so it should be compatible with mods that change the climate, such as Tropical Skyrim or whatever.

It also doesn't remove floating dust clouds and such. It is however compatible with mods that remove those.

It also only touches the weather if you're outside. So any mods that change the indoors fog or such are perfectly compatible with this.

HOW TO GET IT

There's nothing to get. Just activate the plugin and go enjoy your nicer weather.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If you're sure the weather doesn't work as you expect... go to sleep, you're drunk ;) Ahem, more seriously, waking up from sleep forces a weather check and resets the timer, just in case you were sleeping outside and the weather changed in the meantime. So just go find a bed or a bedroll and sleep for one hour. That will force a weather check and reset the timer.

Or if you want to test it, go outside, pull down the console and type "sw 10c32f". That starts the ''FXSkyrimStormBlowingGrass" weather. You can't mistake it for anything else if it stays on. If it doesn't last more than a minute, then the mod is working as designed.

UNINSTALLING

The mod only uses one-shot timers, so just disable it and you're good to go.

COMPATIBILITY

It should be compatible with anything except other SCRIPTS that change the weather (as opposed to just mods that edit the climates, which are OK.) E.g., with harsh cold weather survival overhauls and such. It won't break the game or anything, but they might fight behind the scenes over whose weather gets to stay on. Plus, forcing clear weather with my mod kinda defeats the purpose of having such harsh survival mods in the first place.

LANGUAGE

The description is in English, but the mod doesn't actually show any messages or other texts. So it will work exactly the same in Russian, Chinese, Japanese or any other language.
