This is my ENB config with FXAA color correction for Realistic Lighting and URWL.

INSTALLATION:

Download and install ENBSeries v0.112 Kage

Download and install Realistic Lighting with Customization 3.31

Download and install ULTRA REALISTIC WORLD LIGHTING for Skyrim 1E (if you have older version 1B, it suits even better)

Download and install Revamped Exterior Fog
http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=9930

Extract files in your main Skyrim directory > overwrite.

Load order:
Realistic Lighting.esp
Realistic Lighting patcher.esp
SkyrimURWL.esp
RevampedExteriorFog.esp


Set bFloatPointRenderTarget=1 in SkyrimPrefs.ini (in Documents\My Games\Skyrim)
Set fGamma=1.0000
