Adds spells to the master-level tier list, so that being a master spell caster actually makes you feel like a master of magic.

Verzus' Expanded Master Spells

Adds 23 new master-level spells that, unlike the ritual spells in the vanilla game, are actually usable and don't have a crippling amount of cast time. These spells will actually make you feel like a master-level mage. All the spells have been balanced so that they don't cause the entire game balance out of whack and makes magic actually usable without having to exploit infinite stagger.  


New Spells


Alteration 

Psychokinesis: Allows you to grab items and actors and pull them towards you. Release to launch them away. Enemies are slowly           crushed while grabbed, taking a small amount of damage.

Forbidden Flame: Ignite yourself, draining your HP but boosts all your stats and triples melee damage and spell power 

Conjuration
Conjure Daedric Shade: Summon a Daedric shade to pelt your enemies with spectral arrows from afar and dismember up close 
Conjure Dragon priest: Summon an ancient Dragon Priest to decimate low-lives
Conjure Draugr Death Overlord: Summon the most venerated of all Draugr to disarm and mutilate your enemies
Conjure Spriggan Earth Mother: Summon a true guardian of the forest, defile those who dare defile nature

Destruction

Blitz: A fire projectile that explodes in a small radius on impact. 

Flame Shroud: Shrouds yourself in fire, damaging opponents in melee range, gives you massive amount resistant
  (the vanilla cap, 80%) to
 all damage, but also damaging your health while casting. 

Inferno: A gout of fire that damages enemies hit, also ignites the terrain hit (ground, walls, ceilings) on fire,
      also which also damages enemies

Crystal Lance: A icy projectile explodes in a small radius on impact. 

Frost Shroud: Shrouds yourself in frost, damaging opponents in melee range, gives you massive amount resistant
                             (the vanilla cap, 80%) to 
all damage, but also damaging your stamina while casting. 

Crystallize: A blast of cold that damages enemies hit, also freezes the terrain hit (ground, walls, ceilings), which also damages enemies

Plasma Flare: A lightning bolt explodes in a small radius on impact. 

Lightning Shroud: Shrouds yourself in lightning, damaging opponents in melee range, gives you massive amount resistant
                                    (the vanilla cap, 80%) to
 all damage, but also damaging your magicka while casting. 

Sunder: Lightning that damages enemies hit, also charges the terrain hit (ground, walls, ceilings), which 
     also damages enemies

Requiem: Channel a laser with extreme range to burn away an enemy's flesh and magic resist. 

Genesis: Fire a small, slow-moving projectile that detonates on impact in a large brilliant explosion, doing damage on hit and over time,
as well as lowering 
enemy magic resist 

Illusion

Prisim: Turns the caster invisible, and allows you to remain invisible as long as you have the mana upkeep 

Restoration

Incandescence: Heals the Caster and become a small sun, damaging opponents in melee range
Aegis: Heals and wards the caster while the spell is cast

Smite: Fire a short range wave of mana that deals heavy damage to enemies hit over a short duration

Siphon: Slowly absorbs the target's health, stamina, and magicka
Blood Plague: Launch a vermillion poison globe that explodes on impact, poisoning those unfortunate enough to get caught in
                              the explosion
