This is a custom preset for Favmenumodder's Categorized Favorites Menu mod designed for all-round sort of players.
You need to have Categorized Favorites Menu installed first and then overwrite it with this preset.
It doesn't support any of the big magic or weapon mods but I've tried hard not to miss any vanilla stuff. That's not to say I haven't though. The items added by Wet & Cold are supported however.
Not a lot to say about the layout as the screenshot tells you everything you need to know.
