Simple Mod that allows you to get the Arcane Blacksmith perk at Blacksmithing Level 40 instead of 60, meaning you can upgrade enchanted gear earlier in the game.
Standard process for installations. Use NMM or extract ESP file and add to data folder. Should be compatible with anything except for mods that adjust the Blacksmithing perk tree.
