This is an akavir city that I modeled some time ago but have stopped working on. It is a fairly large town with a temple and a single dungeon. There is also a trail up to another small village in a canyon.

This is an akavir city that I modeled some time ago but have stopped working on. It is a fairly large town with a temple and (a single dungeon) EDIT it actually has 5 dungeons if you can find them but they are only small. There is also a trail up to another small village in a canyon. Get there from the boat hatch at the Windhelm Docks.
