Just my crappy (and surely creepy) experiment. Pennywise face warpaint (female/male; vanilla replacer) & RaceMenu preset (female).

I make presets only when I am depressed, yaaaas. As you see, I am depressed all the damn time :D

~ About the Warpaint ~
As you see, you can download both female & male version of the warpaint (two different files to choose). Mine Pennywise warpaint is done as a REPLACER of a vanilla face warpaint (the first one), so theoretically you don't need a RaceMenu mod to use it (I'm not sure, tbh, correct me if I am wrong). While creating IT (haha, such a pun, wow) and taking screenshots of female/male versions, some mods that change face/skin appearance and structure were active, such as this, and this, that, this one and the last one. And to mention, elvish races have a very specific skull, which may cause minor changes in almost every warpaint that is used on them (not only mine), so it works best on human races. So, overally it means that your result may be a little different from what you can see in my images, but hopefully it won't be a very drastic change. That's all I think? Oh, yeah, it is my first warpaint, so be kind and understanding, please :D
