Just a simple house in Riverwood for those not wanting something overly complex. Comes with alchemy, enchanting, and a garden outside.

Just a simple house in Riverwood. I only made this because I really like Riverwood and all the house mods for Riverwood were either way too complex or just not to my tastes.
House Includes:
Requirements:
None
Install:
Just copy the files from the data folder into your Skyrim data folder.
Or just use NMM.
Credits:
Bethesda for Creation Kit and Skyrim
Brumbek for SMIM I guess some of the texture files got included (not needed to run tho)

- Working bookshelf
- Alchemy
- Enchanting
- Bees
