This mod simply adds Adds Yasan Nerano, a poison merchant to the Bannered Mare in Whiterun.

Whiterun Poison Merchant
This mod simply adds a poison & alchemy ingredients merchant named 'Yasan Nerano' to the
Bannered Mare in Whiterun. He has a nice stock of pretty much every type of posion reagent you'd need (lowerquantity on the more rare items). His merchant container is set to respawn so his stock SHOULD reset every so many odd days. His vendor hours are set from 0 - 24 (like Tonilia), so basically he is a 24/7 poison merchant.
