This mod adds a new home in Skyrim. This is a home for a mage and it is not big but a small cozy and comfortable place.
It is located close to Half-Moon Mill. There is also a mini quest. You can start it from the book named The Mage Tower witch is located in Drangosreach in Farengar's cabin (the green book)..Also there is a map marker witch is always visible. I hope you like the new update.

• 2 Weapon Racks
• 2 Book Shelfs
• Chest
• Arcane Enchanter
• Alchemy Lab
• and more.
In the basement:
• Workbench

• Grindstone

NMM Installation:

1. Open the archive in NMM.
2. Activate the mod.

Manual Install

To install this mod manual follow the steps:
1. Open the WinRAR archive.
2. Go to your Skyrim Data folder.
3. Extrakt the WinRAR archive in the Data.
4 Check twice to be sure that the esm is checked.

1. Go to the Skyrim Data folder and delete the esp from this mod.
