MUST USE ELFX (INTERIOR ONLY)
HOW TO INSTALL:
1.Install Climate Of Tamriel V.3.1
2.Install Climate Of Tamriel - Weather Patch
3.Install ELFX (Interior Only)
4.Set your in game brightness to a center (50%)
5.Copy the main file to your skyrim folder, where the TESV.exe
6.Enjoy your game
