Changes many of the spells in game so that they are useful (in my opinion anyways) , by doing the following
buff almost all of the spells and nerfs a few i thought were a bit too op , also spells also all have a charge time (if i missed any spells let me know)
if you notice any inconsistency between the spells that or any that have been overlooked let me know and i'll fix it
