==INTRO==

I have added a few different effects to Shadowmere as follows, based on requests or my personal desires. Each effect is a separate esp, and cannot be combined.


Ghostly Shadowmere: Since Shadowmere is very old indeed, I decided that he would make for a good ghost mount. So I booted up the CK, gave Shadowmere a ghost effect, and optionally gave him a frost cloak, to damage and slow nearby enemies. You can choose between no Frost Cloak at all, 50pts Frost Cloak, and 100pts Frost Cloak damage. The frost cloak has about a 5 foot area of effect, in which any and all enemies will take damage. This makes Shadowmere much better at crowd control in particular, because it not only damages health and stamina, but slows all enemies as well. Finally, Frost Cloak gives you the ability to dish out damage while remaining mounted.

Sinister Shadowmere: Darkens Shadowmere, and gives him a smoke effect, as well as optionally poison damage within about 5 feet of him. These effects are straight from the Artifact, Ebony Mail. Requested by robertmiron.

Hellspawn Shadowmere: Darkens Shadowmere, gives him an on-fire effect, and gives him a flaming trail, like the one used by flame atronachs (Temporarily disabled flaming trail, as it was causing shadowmere to disappear while being ridden; sorry!). He also has an optional 12pts fire cloak, which damages enemies within 5 feet or so.


==INSTALL NOTES==

Simple really, download the file of your choice, place the .esp file you wish to use within in the Data folder. Check and double check that only ONE of the .esp files is enabled!


==SIMPLE BUT IMPORTANT THINGS==

These guidelines should be followed to avoid graphical glitches and/or conflicts.

1) Only use 1 of the options in the Main Files tab at a time, and only 1 esp from that option.
2) Save before installing any options. If you decide don't really like one of the options, load that save game with a different option (or none of the options) enabled.
3) To change visual options after prolonged use of a different option, it's best to follow this procedure:
a) Quit, unload the old esp, load the new. Relaunch game and load.
b) Save your game
c) Type into the console "player.placeatme 9ccd7" This will spawn a new Shadowmere.
d) Click on the old Shadowmere in the console, and type disable (or markfordelete).
e) Mount the new Shadowmere and enjoy.

I tried to make this as compatible as I could with other shadowmere and horse mods, by adding a new ability spell to shadowmere, rather than adding on to the existing ability spell. However, conflicts might still occur with other Shadowmere mods.
