Install with NMM or manualy by dropping the "Texture" folder inside your Skyrim "Data" folder.
If you have installed some other flag just replace.

To do list:
-Give an optional file for crusaders imperial replacers :).
-Make shield textures for Vaultman guards mod (germanic faith textures)
-Add more decorations to the smaller flags for Windhelm
