Add a simple player's house, but not an usual player's house. You can watching two soldier fighting while resting after long journey.

DOVAHKIIN'S SECRET ROOM WITH GLADIATOR FIGHT.
DESCRIPTION:
Add a player's house to relax and watching two soldier fight each other. You can throw any Npc you hate (nazeem maybe) to the pit, cast Frenzy on him and see him fighting to the death while you are sitting in your throne.
Update:
21 Des 2017:
+ Add a keeper just in case you to test your new weapon, he won't attack unless you attack first.
+ Fix room clipping.
To throw npc to the pit, I recommend you to use this mod:

This mod is very useful, you can teleport any npc to you... or you can teleport to them just by type their names in mcm.
You can smithing, crafting, and do any basic work to enchant your self.
All NPC inside the pit will stay in the pit. They won't walk to the stairs and chasing you.
To enter the secret room, simply see the video below. It's easy to find.
Or you can use console command : coc dovahroom
Installation:
Just drop the esp to Data folder, or use NMM.
Uninstallation:
Delete the esp or use NMM
