I HAVE FIXED THE DOWNLOAD I SEE WHAT I DID WRONG!
A gypsy has left a gift of great power in the College of Winterhold. Will you obtain it and gain immense knowledge of magic? Located in the midden, you will find a book called Lyre's Exile. Upon using it, you will gain access to every spell in the game. Of course, without proper magicka, you cannot use high level spells just yet. This is a lore friendly way of cheating in all the spells to your character.
Who is Lyre you may ask?
Lyre is my own personal character that I am imputing into the lore. I might make a follower mod of her in the future. Her backstory is in the book that is next to Lyre's Exile. I won't spoil anything for you!
I hope you enjoy this mod as I have worked hard in getting it to work. I did not do it alone, however.
I give credit to Foamyesque and FrankFamily for helping me to get the script working. Scripting is hard and I thank you both immensely.
