I always found it weird that after I murdered an entire city the guards would just respawn. Who's there to take their place? It just doesn't make sense.
Well there's a fix to that, this mod stops guards from respawning. Currently it only disables guards in Whiterun hold from respawning, however I'm working to make it disable more guards from respawning. In any case here you go.
