Inspired by TV show Dexter :) If you use the Familiar Faces Mod, you can get him as a basic follower. I'm trying hard to make a follower version atm but encountering a lot of issues with creation kit. If you would like to use my preset to make a follower mod version of Dexter you are more than  welcome.
