Landscaped Player Homes adds some plants, small trees, a few exterior lanterns and other items around Players' Homes. Generally giving them better appearances.

In case you do not like a particular mod, I have made them independent of each other ( Stand alone Files ) and are named accordingly.
Make sure you're downloading the proper file using the Downloads Button.
