So about 30 minutes ago, I found a request from Nexus user Angelmgf103. They wanted a small player home inside High Hrothgar, so I was like, "Okay."

It just has an alchemy lab, a tanning rack, a bed, and three storage containers. Nothing else - simple, immersive, and lore-friendly. There's no anvil because anvils are heavy as fuck and you have to travel about a kilometer from Ivarstead to High Hrothgar. So yeah, if you can carry an anvil up a mountain in real life, I'll gladly add one to this mod.
