The purpose of this mod is to provide easier access to travel to and from the thieves guild. The well in the center of the Riften marketplace now contains a rope ladder that leads down into the ratway, And I added an area called Smuggler's Tunnel connecting the Ragged Flagon to a small grate located behind the Riften stables. It's a nice way to get in and out of the city without having to use the main Gates where there are guards. Fully navmeshed.

Also the NPC's in the ratway have been added to the thieves guild faction, so they are no longer hostile to the player once you join the thieves guild. (you will still have to sneak by them until after completing the quest where you have to collect the protection money and return and talk to mercer to officially join the thieves guild.)
