1st time i faced a magic anomaly i was close to level 100 or higher so magic anomalies had health almost as much as an Elder Dragon .
If i were at level 150 they would have had 3145 health pts => stronger than Ancient dragons and almost as strong as Serpentine and Revered Dragons .
So i made this little mod so that they have a Level cap of 50 so that at level 29 they reach their max level as they have a level multiplier of 1.75 .
Using this mod they have a max of 671 Health pts .
The 2nd file magic anomalies has a level cap of 100 and a level multiplier of 1.25 .
Using the 2nd file they have a max health of 1255 when the player at level 80 or higher .
