Aeria has 500 magicka, stamina and health, and is armed with a expert-level spell, thunderbolt. She is also essential, so don't worry about that.

To bring her to your house, open the console and type

player.placeatme 25000d62 1

If this does not work, then type 

help "aeria"

and then replace 25000d62 with the number in brackets.

To remove her, click on her and type
