I started out with a preset from one of those ICBINE versions. I can't remember which one any more. I edited it quite a bit. Uploaded by request. File includes everything you need for SweetFX, but if you're just updating to my version, all you need to replace is the SweetFX_settings.txt
This stuff goes in your base Skyrim folder (where skyrim.exe is), NOT the Data folder.

Want to get rid of the black bars?
Under Choose Effects in SweetFX_settings, set USE_BORDER to 0.
Want to get rid of the film grain?
Under Choose Effects in SweetFX_settings, set USE_FILMGRAIN to 0.
Want to get rid of the vignette?
Under Choose Effects in SweetFX_settings, set USE_VIGNETTE to 0.
