Base preset for female (RACEMENU)
No special skin , eye , hair mods . Only needs Racemenu, and I used Skyrims eyebrows and eyes, skin is entirely up to you.
You can make a follower or alter it.
Altmer, Dunmer and Bosmer preset should work on all elf mer.
With a bit of hair change and eyebrows, plus eyes you can gain a result like this :
