Hi I haven't uploaded presets for skyrim or mods for oblivion in a while, so I thought I would tell you my ini setting for how to fix the dumb annoying flickering shadows on you and npcs and anything else.
of course if you don't have ENB, I've read some things that say ENB can fix the shadow problem, but if it doesn't then use this maybe it will work for ENB users I don't know what ENB does because when I tried using it my computer made a noise as if it were going to blow up.

Feel free to tag I haven't tagged anything it's up to you people :)

ANYWAY LETS GET STARTED
So look for all these in your Skyrim prefs ini, if you don't
see some of the settings just add them in your prefs ini it
won't harm anything.
