I looked around the nexus for a mod that added night eye spells like those in oblivion, and I mean as close to the ones from The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, I saw a few mods that add a single night eye spell, but never any like this.

This mod adds 3 new Night Eye Spells.

The new spells include...

Eyes of Eventide - Apprentice Level Illusion Spell - Night Eye for 15 Seconds
-Can be found in place of apprentice illusion spell tomes.(In "LItemSpellTomeIllusion25")
-Two guarenteed tomes are sold by Farengar Secret-Fire in Dragonsreach and Drevis Neloren in the College of Winterhold.
-A free copy of the tome can be found in Saarthal.

Eyes of Midnight - Adept Level Illusion Spell - Night Eye for 30 Seconds
-Can be found in place of adept illusion spell tomes.(In "LItemSpellTomeIllusion50")
-One guarenteed tome is sold by Drevis Neloren in the College of Winterhold.
-A free copy of the tome can be found in Labyrinthian.

Void Gazer - Apprentice Level Illusion Spell - Night Eye for 150 Seconds
-Only one copy of the tome exists in skyrim, take a guess as to where to find it, if you've played enough oblivion you should be able to guess where it is pretty easilly.

The spells use the vanilla night vision effect, so nothing is taken from other mods.
