The publican at the New Gnisis Cornerclub will now sell Greef, Mazte, Shein, and Sujamma, with effects similar to what they had in Morrowind. It's all sold in wine bottles. That's about all there is to it.
This is really outdated and there are several newer mods that do the same thing much better. If somehow you stumbled upon this, use one of those instead.
