With this small plugin and using Skyrim Hardcore - More Challenges by marmo1233 and Campfire - Complete Camping System by Chesko you can save near your campfire or sleeping bag.
Technically it contains only the changed formlists with including campfires and bedrolls of Campfire that are checked by the Skyrim Hardcore script.
