This is a random character generator made with excel. I created it to roll hardcore characters for me and my friends. We have enjoyed it, and I hope someone else enjoys it too.

OVERVIEW:
This is a character generator that I built in excel to be used to generate hardcore (perma-death) characters. The generator is based off of the oblivion class system. It can roll any vanilla Oblivion class as well as any Oblivion NPC class.
This has added a lot of diversity to my game. Whenever I started new games in the past I would always try to move away from the status quo, but slowly and surely I would fall back into the same patterns and all my characters would become carbon copies of each other. This has forced me to play differently and has thus given me many more enjoyable hours on the game.
This File can be accessed with MS Excel, Open Office, or Google Sheets.
Features:
This spreadsheet will roll for the following variables:
Character Race
Character Gender
Character Build (how large or small you are)
Character Class
Character Start (Alternate Start required)
Boon (A random bonus that you start with, most are useless, some are good, a few are great. Randomly selects 1 from 928 lines).
Milestone Boon (A small bonus for completing major objectives in the game, milestones are included in the sheet.)
Hair Color
Skin Color
Eye Color
A rule sheet is also included. This explains the hardcore system. A table to fill out with your characters and a reference sheet that tells what skills each class starts with.
Requirements:
Since this isn't actually a mod there are technically no requirements.
However you'll need a few mods to make the most of your experience. I'll link them below:

This is in excel form because I have no idea how to implement this in-game. If somebody does know and wants to do it, go for it.
How to Use:
For excel simply strike the f9 key when on the generator page. This will reroll all attributes.
For Google sheets use (CTRL + R)
For Open Office use ((CTRL + SHIFT + F9)
